Skip permits
A skip on the road needs permission from the highway authority, Leeds City Council. Skip applications must be made by a registered skip company; the form is requested from raswa.forms@leeds.gov.uk.
Apply with as much notice as possible. Applications received before 9am on weekdays are reviewed that day; later ones the next working day. The licence fee still applies if a licence is cancelled or changed after issue.
