Do I need a permit for a skip in Trowbridge?
Yes, if the skip goes on a public road. Under section 139 of the Highways Act 1980, a skip can't be placed on the highway without the highway authority's permission. How do I check a skip hire firm in Trowbridge is a registered waste carrier?
